If you happened to order the wrong size of Maseur sandals and would like to swap them, we’ll be happy to assist within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team via email at enquiries@mcpher.com.au

If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the last 30-days, please contact us for a refund or exchange.

Please retain your proof of purchase.  We are not able to provide a refund or exchange without proof of purchase.
